Implement a design process of discovery

Conducted an in-depth discovery using data from CensoPsi 2022 in conjunction with quantitative and qualitative research, feature benchmarks and focus interviews.

How might we facilitate and provide tools for psychologists’ care?

We propose a usability experience that allows you to include all the resources necessary for a single panel service, differentiating you from competitors, including the contract, anamnesis, medical records, therapeutic resources, voice commands and artificial intelligence.

How might we prevent a barrier of resistance on the part of the patient to download an app?

We identified friction in the suggestion of using communication through an application for the secondary user. We propose sending diaries and automated tests through integration with the most used messaging application in Brazil, WhatsApp.

How can we facilitate a recurring activity these days: Social Media Planning?

During interviews with users, we noticed that a recurring activity of professionals is maintaining an active online presence. We integrate the service calendar, allowing you to plan social media posts and monitor consistency through graphics, in addition to providing a database of content ideas.

The handoff was carried out after adjustments obtained through insights during usability and validation tests. During testing, we gained greater clarity on the specific terms used by professionals and adjusted them to further improve usability and make the system more user-friendly.

In retrospect

During my time, I was able to deliver the project creating new solutions for the company beyond the initial requirements.

 I learned from a new area of activity, with its own particularities and ethics.

I dealt with the difficulties of managing a diverse design team by helping designers develop their skills. 

Ultimately, I was very pleased to achieve the objectives and deliver a product design beyond expectations.
